If On-site: Arrive at your Facility with our AMS-750HD Mobile Hard Drive/Data Shredder with 3/4” Shred Cut/Enhanced Throughput; or our AMS-1000HD-SSD Shredder with a 3/8” Shred Cut and/or our Optical Media Destruction Device (OMDD) HSM 411.2 Cross Cut Shredder for CDs and DVDs.
If Off-site: Take Custody of your Data in Padlocked Containers with Serialized Lock Seal and transport Data back to our Secure Warehouse for Destruction.
Scan each individual Hard Drive/SSD/Data Item Serial Number prior to Data Destruction. All other Data items will be counted by type.
Destroy each individual Hard Drive/SSD/Data by means of Mechanical Shredding.
Provide the client with a USB Data Storage Device containing the individual serial numbers of each Shredded Hard Drive/SSD/Data Item and final counts of all Data destroyed.
Provide the client with a Video Tape Media Card of their entire Data Destruction Service.
Provide the client with a Certificate of Data Destruction with hard copy listing of individual Hard Drive/SSD/Data Item serial numbers and final counts of all Data destroyed.
Provide the client with a Certificate of Recycling for the Hard Drive/SSD/Data Item shredded material.
